Terms and Conditions

I/we agree to adhere to all instructions given by the Ticket to Ride Surf School instructors in order to ensure safety to myself as well as all other participants.

I/we declare that to the best of my/our knowledge that I/we are fit and able to swim 50 metres unaided confidently.

I/we have declared any medical conditions, illnesses or allergies above. I/we are not pregnant or suffering from a heart condition. I/we understand that there is an element of risk associated with surfing, even when under supervision from qualified instructors and accept this risk as our own responsibility.

Ticket to Ride Surf School takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and good condition of all equipment used, and all participants are responsible for immediately reporting any damages to equipment whilst in their possession. Ticket to Ride Surf School reserves the right to use any materials, including but not limited to photographs, film, or creative materials, taken of you during your lesson or course for use exclusively in Ticket to ride surf’s marketing or advertising material, without obtaining further consent.
