If you have done some surfing before and you are getting to your feet, then this is the best session for you! These lessons will help you improve the speed of your pop up, wave selection and many other skills. You will be given specific individual tasks in the lesson to help you surf better. You can do this session more than once. Although you are in a group lesson, the instructors will help you develop your skills on an individual level. Private lessons are also available if you feel you need to learn specific skills. We aim to time the Improver sessions around the tides so times may vary between morning or afternoon sessions.

All equipment is included in the price of your lesson. This includes a full length wetsuit and a soft foam surfboard. We also have boots if needed. If you would prefer to wear your own wetsuit then please do so, you are welcome to use our changing rooms.
Beginners are allocated one of our Softech learner surfboards. These boards are soft, buoyant and stable. Perfect for the first time surfer.
We have a variety of different length boards to cater for all shapes and sizes. If you have surfed before you may want to try one of our intermediate surfboards or premium hard board range.
Our qualified coaches will be with you every step of the way and provide hands on assistance in the water throughout.
Please arrive for your lesson 15 minutes prior to the start time. We have changing rooms and storage for clothes and bags, phones and valuables can be left securely in the shop.
