Stand Up Paddleboarding (or SUP as it is widely known) is great fun! Here at Harlyn Bay, we love trying new activities and are proud to be one of the first companies in the UK to teach SUP, having started in 2006. Cornwall is a great place to learn to stand up paddleboard and we have some great paddling locations on our local coastline. Our ‘Intro to SUP’ lessons will get you started and then you can book on to one of our amazing paddleboarding tours, where we can introduce you to some amazing paddling places.
